Angie has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Communications. She's worked in nonprofit administration for more than fifteen years and in communications as a freelance/contract editor, writer, graphic designer, and social media manager for nonprofits and creative artists for eleven years.  She is the Founder and Executive Director of VGVS, an international nonprofit creative collective with member chapters in twenty-one states and five countries. She not only has extensive outreach & engagement, public relations, grassroots organizing, marketing & fundraising, event planning, digital campaigns & social media management, and grant writing experience, but those who have worked with her or joined her creative collective would describe her as approachable, engaging, and motivational.  Her enthusiasm for causes she cares about and her drive to make a positive difference in the world often encourage others to do the same, and she loves knowing that her work helps to produce tangible results.  Angie's truest passions in life are to create safe spaces for marginalized communities, to protect those most vulnerable, to empower future generations, and to inspire real change. Angie is currently located in the United States in the Eastern Time Zone. She can meet with national and international clients via video chat or locally with clients in the Indianapolis area. All rates listed below are for ONLINE sessions. For Indy clients wanting to meet in-person, there is a travel fee of $5 per session. There is no additional fee for clients who come directly to Angie in Brownsburg, IN.

As-Needed/On-Call Packages
Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by responsibilities or anxiety and experience melt-downs, break-downs, spiraling, intrusive thoughts, or panic attacks? Again, Angie is NOT a licensed counselor or therapist and should not be used as a substitute for professional mental healthcare! But she CAN be there for you when you're in the middle of a mental or emotional crisis and need someone to talk to! She can also recognize when you may need a mental health professional, recommend helpful resources, and make calls on your behalf to get you the care you need. With the purchase of one of these pre-paid packages, you'll be able to make an unscheduled 30-min call directly to Angie whenever you need her! Note that there may be times when Angie is unable to answer right away; she may be physically unable, in an unsafe situation, or on a call with another client. But she will ALWAYS do her best to return your call as soon as possible, typically within one hour! Those who purchase "Basic As-Needed" packages will be given Angie's available call hours between 8am & 10pm US Eastern Time weekly. Time booked for other commitments and sleep will be blocked off. Those who purchase "Crisis On-Call" packages, however, will have their numbers on "emergency bypass" in Angie's phone and can call during more urgent crises anytime, even outside of available hours. For all calls, Angie will also follow up via text message the following day!
